 Mr. Wade has more than 35+ years of management experience in various industries, oil and gas, piping, financial, marketing and promotions areas as with demonstrated success.  A dynamic leader with ten plus years expertise in the HUB/MWDBE arena.

Proficient in cost containment, customer service, staff training and oversight, capital asset oversight, strategic planning, new business start-up, market plan execution, budgeting and finance and human resource development.

 Expertise in sales/management, pricing strategies, competitor and market analysis, purchasing and vendor relationship, and targeted marketing.

 Quick learner with the ability to rapidly achieve organizational integration assimilates job requirements and employ new methodologies.  Energetic and self-motivated team player/builder.  At ease in heated stress environments requiring superior ability to effectively handle multi-tasks levels of responsibility.

 Mr. Wade saw a serious need for The MWDBE Training Academy that would provide education and regulatory training information pertaining to the minority program throughout the United States.

In 2019 the MWDBE Training Academy was born. The academy is his baby. The academy contains dozens of online video, customized and develops courses for various levels of HUB/MWDBE training as well as one-on-one or in group participation. The academy and training platform works to help HUB/MWDBEs and non-HUB/MWDBEs professional understand the highly complex statutes, rules and regulations governing the HUB/MWDBE community. The academy was designed to bring much needed awareness to those who are certified as an HUB/MWDBE, prime and sub contractors, elected officials, their appointees and employees, public agencies even the everyday tax paying citizens.

 

Shern Peters, Program Developer

In over 16 years, Shern has provided hands-on leadership in mechanical engineering, research & development, & new product development in the oil-field, consumer, and other industries. His strength is having deep expert knowledge and skill in the ideation, planning, design, testing, manufacturing, installation and management of a wide range of products from land and offshore drilling equipment to consumer products. Shern has a B.Sci. Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Electrical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.     

Shern is also the founder of New Age Nerds Corp. (NANCo) a product development firm and online retail store. As well as the founder of BlackBusinessEmpirer.com, an online entrepreneur social network. Besides developing and selling his own ideas, he helps entrepreneurs with theirs. Shern’s broad range of skill set covers: Mechanical, electrical, and software engineering, product development, R&D, project management, reverse engineering, audio engineering, graphic design, VR design, fabrication & machining, hydraulic and pneumatic design, advanced CAD, mechanical & structural Analysis (FEA), prototyping, laboratory testing & analysis, advanced technical writing.

Tausha Rainey, N.A.I.S.C

Experienced Sr. Human Resources/ Consulting professional with multiple years in Transportation, Engineering and the Oil & Gas industries. Areas of expertise include: Employment Law Administration, Certified Facilitator, Job Coach and AAP Compliance Officer.

Tausha is the founder of Aligned Energy Resources (AER) LLC, a Human Resources (HR) consulting company located in the Houston, TX area. Offering a one stop HR shop of customized employment compliance and training and development services. With over 20 years of experience in the areas of HR strategic solutions, employment law compliance and certified training and development facilitation. AER has partnered with federal agency leaders within NASA, TSA, EEOC, IRS, DOL, TSA and Dept of Homeland Security as a member of the Houston Federal executive Board to improve agency alliances and develop emerging leader programs. AER corporate industry experience includes small and mid-sized companies in oil & gas, transportation, legal and engineering to meet HR objectives.

 

Diane Adoma, Certification/Qualification

Dr. Diane Daniels Adoma is the current owner of Diane Adoma Consulting LLC a professional management firm who specializes in training, communications, and marketing. She and her former husband were the owner of Adoma & Associates DBA H&R Block in Rockdale County and was the first Black American to own these franchises in the Southeastern United States. Her past work experience spans more than 25 years with fortune 500 firms such as CNN, AT&T, and others. Her consulting firm is certified through SBA as a Woman Owned Small Business and is certified as a Minority Woman Owned Business and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise in five (5) states and GDOT certified. Adoma has a doctorate degree with an emphasis in Human Resources Management, a master’s with an emphasis in eCommerce and a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Dr. Adoma is a graduate of the Minority Women Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Academy founded by Gary Wade.

Teena William Adams, C.U.F

Founder/CEO of Atlas Bookkeeping Solutions LLC, an accounting/bookkeeping/tax preparation business.

Performing duties as Compliance Officer on the University level and as Tax Auditor with the Internal Revenue Service has afforded me the opportunity to gain valuable experience in Federal and state policies, procedures, rules, and regulations

Kizzy Breaux

Raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, I am a 2003 graduate of the Medical Assistant

program at Remington College, Lafayette, La. I am a MA with over 20 years of experience in a variety of healthcare settings. Currently, I am employed as a full time MA working side by side with NP in my field for Heal Dr’s giving in home care to patients.

 I am the owner of Needle Bit of Love, LLC and Unique Transportation Services. My dedication to be effective in healthcare by making it personal and worth wow experience is what drives me towards medical excellence.

I have my license with the LSMEB. I am certified with the MWB, SBA and Hudson.

I also attended MWDBE Academy 2022 and received my certificate from the academy.

Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them, humanity cannot survive. This is what I strive to provide to all my patients.

Irene Coates

Irene Coates is a native of Louisiana who has over twenty-five years of entrepreneur experience. She is the owner of several successful businesses in and around the Baton Rouge Metro area. In 2004, she opened her first brick and mortal business as a full-service salon. Through many social challenges Irene’s tenacity and faith in God has helped her overcome and succeed. Irene is a powerful force in the industry and uses her positive influence to encourage others to work hard and succeed. She does this by organizing creative and educational platforms for professionals. She coordinated a host of events such as, local cut parties, educational seminars, business brunches, expos, fashion shows and community outreach.

In 2018, became a graduate of Texas Southern University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing. After graduating she followed her entrepreneur compass into the fashion industry and opened a retail store for women apparel. If that wasn’t enough, she founded another business in haircare by the name of Free2Be Professional Haircare. With hard work and determination, the products have sold in 12 states including Canada.

Entrepreneurship and education are at the center of Irene’s heart. She believes that the best way to move a community forward is through education and entrepreneurship. Small Businesses are the motor to economic success and community advancement. Irene is constantly looking for opportunities to improve and increase her intellect for business growth.
